The team of engineers at Catech Catering Technical Solutions have more than 25 years of combined experience. They are also fully qualified in natural gas and liquid petroleum gas (LPG), City & Guilds qualified, and have COMCAT 1, 2, 3, and 5 certifications for working with commercial LPG catering appliances. These qualifications allow us to work on all commercial electrics relevant to installing new systems. Our engineers also have F-Gas certifications, which enable us to offer full services and repairs for all refrigeration units.
To maintain the high standard of their skills, and allow us to work on equipment of all makes and models, our engineers are constantly attending new courses. They have passed training courses with a wide range of manufacturers, including Rational™, Halter™, Winterhalter™, Hobart™, Maidaid™, and Blue Seal™. Training has also been provided so that our engineers can work on bakery equipment such as roll plants, dough dividers, and mixers.
